Wage Sustainability Index
"Can my profit sustain my current team size?"
WSI measures whether your operating profit is generating enough return relative to your total wage bill. Scored on headcount position within a sustainable range calculated from your profit and average salary. Green means your team size is matched to your earnings.
Wage Affordability Index
"Can I afford to pay my people more?"
WAI measures the buffer your business retains above a 60% wealth threshold after paying wages. When WAI is above 63%, you have room to give increments, hire, or pay bonuses. Below 60%, any wage increase puts your financial cushion at risk.
Workplace Turnover Index
"What is staff turnover really costing me?"
WTI combines your Turnover Rate and Turnover Cost Ratio into a single score. It shows you not just how many people are leaving, but how much it costs relative to your annual profit — and how many months before a replacement pays for itself.
