1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the HUAT Dashboard website at huat.one (the "Site"), operated by Auxetic Asia ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them.
2. Description of Service
HUAT Dashboard is a free, browser-based manpower analytics tool designed to help SME business owners evaluate the sustainability and efficiency of their manpower costs. The tool calculates three proprietary indexes — the Wage Sustainability Index (WSI™), Wage Affordability Index (WAI™), and Workplace Turnover Index (WTI™) — and combines them into a composite HUAT Score.
The Site also provides editorial content, a FAQ section, an About page, and links to third-party products and services.
3. No Professional Advice
Important: The HUAT Dashboard is an analytical and informational tool only. It does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, HR, or business advice. The scores and outputs generated by the tool are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions embedded in our methodology.
You should not make any business, financial, or employment decision solely on the basis of results from the HUAT Dashboard. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals before making significant business decisions. Auxetic Asia is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the output of the HUAT Dashboard.
4. Accuracy of Information
The accuracy of the HUAT Dashboard output depends entirely on the accuracy of the inputs you provide. We make no representation that the calculated scores are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
The WSI, WAI, WTI and HUAT Score are proprietary indexes developed by Auxetic Asia. They represent one analytical framework among many and should not be treated as definitive measures of business health. We reserve the right to modify the calculation methodology at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the HUAT Dashboard name, WSI™, WAI™, WTI™ and HUAT™ marks, the scoring methodology, written content, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Auxetic Asia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our express prior written consent. You are permitted to share links to the Site and to reference HUAT Dashboard in a factual manner, provided you do not misrepresent the tool or imply endorsement by Auxetic Asia.
6. User Conduct
By using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the proprietary calculation methodology
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
- Use the Site in any way that could damage the reputation of Auxetic Asia or the HUAT Dashboard brand
7. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Relationships
The Site contains links to third-party websites including affiliate links through which Auxetic Asia may earn a commission if you make a purchase. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply our endorsement of that website or its products.
8. Advertisements
The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. Auxetic Asia does not endorse the products or services advertised and is not responsible for the content of any advertisement.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content and tools are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auxetic Asia disclaims all warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and warranties that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auxetic Asia and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Site exceed Singapore Dollars One Hundred (SGD $100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auxetic Asia and its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting, with the "Last updated" date revised. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
